We provide M&A services to Swedish and international clients for a variety of transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, restructurings, and capital raisings. Our advice covers all types of complex transactions, including private equity buyouts, straightforward corporate acquisitions as well as venture capital investments and infrastructure deals. 

Our clients include leading Swedish and international companies, private equity investors, investment banks, and other financial institutions as well as newly-established start-ups. 

 

Teams for complex transactions 

Our M&A group has considerable experience regarding Swedish and cross-border transactions, regularly acting as both lead and local advisors. We assist Swedish clients investing in domestic and foreign companies and international clients entering the Swedish market. 

We maintain a close collaboration with Cirio’s practice groups for Capital Markets and Public M&A, as well as Banking and Finance and Debt Capital Markets. We have established long-term relationships with many prominent foreign law firms. This allows us to approach our clients with integrated teams capable of serving as advisers in various legal disciplines and jurisdictions especially in respect of challenging, complex M&A transactions.
