Peter Lilja
Peter is a member of Cirio’s M&A team, and specialises in complex M&A transactions for corporate clients and financial sponsors, corporate law, carve-outs, joint ventures and financing. Many of his clients operate within private equity, IT/telecom, retail and financial services. Peter is regularly mandated for sophisticated and high-end sell-side or buy-side mandates. He also has extensive international and cross-border experience and regularly acts as arbitrator in transaction litigation, domestic and international. Peter is the chair of Cirio’s board of directors, and holds other board assignments.
