Peter Lilja
Peter is a member of Cirio’s Mergers & Acquisitions group, and specialises in private M&A, corporate law, carve-outs, joint ventures and financing. Many of his clients operate within the fields of private equity, IT/telecom, retail, and financial services. He also has extensive international and cross-border experience and regularly acts as an arbitrator in transaction litigation on a national and international level.
