Partner
Fredrik is a partner at Cirio's private M&A division and focuses on the infrastructure, industry, and energy industries. Fredrik has extensive experience when it comes to renewable energy sources like on- and offshore wind, hydro power, solar power, battery storage, and hydrogen gas facilities, as well as other types of facilities like datacenters, power grids, and district heating.
Additionally, Fredrik frequently counsels clients on the development of projects for infrastructure, industry, and energy facilities.
Fredrik is a member of the Asian Practice Group.

- Advised Värmevärden, a JP Morgan owned heating company, on investing in two district heating networks in Leksand and Rättvik in central Sweden.
- Represented OX2 in the EUR 650 million sale of 455.4MW onshore wind project Lestijärvi in Finland.
- Acted for Smart Energies in its investment in a pipeline of existing and future solar farm projects in Sweden, being developed by Swedish solar developer Sunbeam by Helios AB.
- Represented Downing LLP in its EUR 46.5m acquisition of eight hydropower plants from Fortum.
- Acted for ClimateRock when acquiring solar project developer Eco Energy World.
- Advised Iberdrola when investing in a 10 GW portfolio of Swedish offshore wind projects.
