Cirio advises on sale of 241 MW wind farm

Cirio acted as legal advisor for the owners of Cloud Snurran AB on the sale of the company to AIP Management. Cloud Snurran AB owns the Överturingen wind farm, located in the SE2 electricity price area, with an installed capacity of 241 MW. The wind farm has been in commercial operation since December 2020.

Cirio’s team consisted primarily of Jörgen Möller, Zacharias Thyrén, Elisabet Heimer, Ina Laurell, Emelie Bergman and Abbe Kofoed Hansen.
