Product liability and regulatory issues
We have extensive experience in advising on product liability issues related to medical technology and in vitro diagnostics, including product recalls. In collaboration with the Swedish Medtech Association and the Swedish Labtech Association, Cirio has played a prominent role in disseminating knowledge about the Medical Device Regulation (MDR) and In Vitro Diagnostic Regulation (IVDR) ahead of the implementation of these regulations.
