Anders Moberg
Anders Moberg is a Partner and Head of Cirio’s M&A practice, advising on M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, with a particular focus on technology, fintech, life sciences, and energy & infrastructure.
Anders advises Swedish and international companies, investors and boards on strategic acquisitions, divestments and growth investments, often in complex cross‑border matters requiring clear structuring, pace and confident decision‑making. Having previously practised at Milbank in New York, Anders brings a distinctly international perspective and extensive experience of US–Europe transactions.
