Anders Moberg
Anders is head of Cirio’s Mergers and Acquisitions group and focuses mainly on the representation of foreign and Swedish companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.
Anders has significant cross-border M&A experience, both from Sweden and the United States, in particular with respect to the energy, medical, IT/telecom and financial sectors.

- Represented Asiakastieto Group, listed on Nasdaq Helsingfors, in connection with its strategic acquisition of Proff from Eniro AB (publ).
- Advised Infrea AB (publ), listed on Nasdaq First North Premier, and other minority shareholders in connection with their sale of BST Brandskyddsteamet, a leading provider of fire protection systems, in a transaction valued at SEK 500 million.
- Acted for TagMaster AB (publ), listed on Nasdaq First North, in its acquisition of US-based Sensys Networks.
- Advised Fintech start-up Tink AB, in connection with its EUR 56 million financing round led by US VC firm Insight Venture Partners.
