• Acted on behalf of Nordic Capital in several platform acquisitions including Ryds Bilglas (Cary Group), Lindorff, Gina Tricot, Sunrise Medical, Capio, Acino, Handicare and Permobil, as well as in several divestments that include SafeRoad, Nefab, Point International, Wilson Logistics, Mölnlycke Healthcare, Atos Medical, Aditro, Menigo and Marioff.
