We provide our clients with highly specialised long-term legal advice on large and high-profile, national and cross-border financial work-outs, refinancing of distressed debt, and also act as court-appointed receiver/administrator in bankruptcies, company reorganisations and solvent liquidations.

Our clients include banks, creditors, debtors and other stakeholders in conjunction with claims and other interests in insolvency proceedings of all kinds.

Our Restructuring and Insolvency team distinguishes itself from the competition in Sweden by being closely integrated with our Banking and Finance practice. It is thus able to offer in-depth knowledge throughout the entire financing cycle.

We believe in combining business with a personal approach, and therefore bring in-depth expertise, dedication and hand-picked, engaged deal teams to our clients. We also offer multi-disciplinary teams from our four sector groups Digital & Technology, Life Science, Healthcare & Foods, Energy & Infrastructure and Real Estate.
