Karl Björlin
Karl är partner i verksamhetsgruppen Bank & Finans och DCM och är specialiserad på insolvensrätt. Han biträder klienter med rådgivning avseende kredit- och säkerhetsfrågor, rekonstruktionsfrågor, borgenärsskydd, styrelseansvarsfrågor och andra frågor som förekommer i företag med finansiella problem.
Karl arbetar även med tvistlösning inom de aktuella områdena. Han har omfattande erfarenhet som rådgivare i samband med svenska och gränsöverskridande insolvens- och rekonstruktionsärenden och utses regelbundet till rekonstruktör, konkursförvaltare och likvidator.
Karl är styrelseledamot i Turnaround Management Association Sweden (TMA Sweden) och är rankad av internationellt erkända rankningsinstitut.
