Karl Björlin
Karl mainly specialises in restructuring, insolvency and banking and finance. He has extensive experience of corporate restructuring, liquidations (voluntary and involuntary), advising directors on corporate governance and other matters related to financially distressed companies. Karl is accredited and regularly appointed as a bankruptcy trustee, and as an administrator and liquidator, both by the courts and the Swedish Companies Registration Office.
Additionally, he represents banks, financial institutions and other creditors in various insolvency proceedings as well litigation. Karl is also highly experienced in assisting clients with financing and security arrangements and related matters.
He has been the Secretary of the Swedish National Association for Insolvency Practitioners (REKON) during 5 years.
