Jörgen Möller
Jörgen is head of Cirio's Energy practice and co-heads Cirio's sector group Energy & Infrastructure, with particular emphasis on energy. Much of his work involves M&A, corporate law, contracts and infrastructure/energy transactions. Jörgen has worked on a large number of infrastructure and energy projects, and has extensive experience of railway projects, planning, procurement, financing, construction and the operation of wind farms, as well as the purchase/sale of energy companies.
