Cirio advises Hydro Rein on investment in wind power portfolio

Cirio has acted as legal advisor for Hydro Rein, a subsidiary to Norsk Hydro, when acquiring 80% in a wind power portfolio developed by IOWN Energy AB. The portfolio comprises of 25 projects under development in Sweden and Norway. The portfolio has a planned capacity of 2.4 GW with an annual potential production of 7.6 TWh. The sites are spread across the Nordic price areas SE2, SE3, SE4 and NO2.

Cirio’s team consisted of Jörgen Möller, Fredrik Morfeldt, Zacharias Thyrén, Jonathan Jademyr Zazzi, Hugo Bentelius and Miranda Hermansson.
