Cirio advises Downing Renewables & Infrastructure Trust PLC on the acquisition of portfolio of hydropower plants from ÄSI Kraft AB

Cirio has acted for Downing Renewables & Infrastructure Trust PLC in relation to the acquisition a portfolio of hydropower plants from ÄSI Kraft AB. The portfolio comprises five hydropower plants located on three different rivers in central Sweden, all within the SE3 price area. The portfolio has an expected annual average production of c.12 GWh.

Cirio’s team has consisted of partners Jörgen Möller and Emma Dansbo and associated Fredrik Morfeldt and Zacharias Thyrén.
