Cirio advises the sell-side in the sale of a 528 MW onshore wind farm portifolio

Cirio has advised the sell-side in the sale of a 528 MW onshore wind farm portfolio consisting of four sites to Renewable Power Capital. The portfolio is planned to connect to the same grid connection point at the national grid and the transaction is valued at EUR 800 million. Cirio has advised the seller for more than two years in the final development of the wind farms and teamed up with Newsec Infra, taking the portfolio to construction ready-stage. The entire portfolio is expected to generate power ready for export to grid in Q4 2025.
