Cirio advises German institutional investor on the acquisition of a wind farm

Cirio has acted as legal counsel for a German institutional investor in its acquisition of the wind farm Ljungbyholm in Kalmar in south of Sweden (SE4). The wind farm consists of twelve turbines and an aggregate capacity of 48 MW.

Cirio’s team mainly consisted of Jörgen Möller, Zacharias Thyrén, Carsten Hierl, Elisabet Heimer, Niklas Junker, Cecilia Rossing, Ina Laurell, Leo Hano Eriksson, Johanna Elveland, Sofia Nygren, Sara Strömstedt and Fredrik Billing.
