Cirio has advised the bankruptcy estate of Vindkraftpark Aldermyrberget and KfW IPEX-Bank in connection with the sale of Aldermyrberget wind farm

Cirio has advised the bankruptcy estate of EB EEE LHI Vindkraftpark Aldermyrberget AB and KfW IPEX-Bank GmbH, as lender, on the divestment of Aldermyrberget wind farm in Skellefteå municipality. The wind farm comprises 17 wind turbines with a total installed capacity of 71 MW and has been in operation since 2020.
