Cirio advises OX2 in the SEK 2 billion sale of the Klevberget greenfield wind farm

Cirio has advised OX2 in the SEK 2 billion sale of the Klevberget greenfield wind farm outside of Sundsvall in northern Sweden to Renewable Power Capital Ltd. The wind farm will consist of 24 wind turbines with an installed effect of about 145 MW and construction commences immediately. The handover of the completed wind farm is scheduled to the second half of 2023.

Cirio’s team consisted of Jörgen Möller, Fredrik Morfeldt, Erik Engström, Joanna Landau, Liselotte Rios, Maria Hanbo, Niklas Sinander, Christoffer Isaksson, Ina Laurell, Anja Nousiainen Hult, Zacharias Thyrén, Niklas Junker, Carsten Hierl, Alexandra Linusson, Joakim Blecher and John Swärd.
