Pierre Pettersson
Pierre Pettersson is a partner specialising mainly in Insolvency & Restructuring and has extensive experience of corporate restructurings, distressed debt and workouts as well as liquidations (voluntary and involuntary). Pierre and the Cirio Insolvency & Restructuring team handle both domestic and cross-border insolvencies and are regularly retained in complex and high-profile cases acting for both creditors and other stakeholders, as well as being appointed by the courts as an administrator or bankruptcy trustee in company reorganisations or bankruptcies respectively.
Additionally, Pierre is well-versed with respect to litigation and dispute resolution and regularly has court audiences. Moreover, he assists clients and financial institutions with a number of financing and security arrangements as well as advising on banking and financial regulatory matters.
