Per Hedman
Per är partner och ansvarig för Cirios grupp för Life Science, Healthcare and Food (här förkortat som life science) och rankad som Leading Individual inom life science av Legal 500. Per biträder regelbundet klienter i såväl transaktioner som med rådgivning komplexa regulatoriska frågor inom life science.
Per har lång erfarenhet av att biträda klienter i samband med svenska och internationella M&A- och Venture Capital-investeringar, särskilt inom life science. Per bistår regelbundet svenska och internationella life science-bolag i komplexa regulatoriska frågor och market access-frågor.
Per expertis täcker medicinteknik, läkemedel, hälso- och sjukvård och livsmedel. Per har även betydande erfarenhet av att bistå klienter i att upprätta och förhandla komplexa avtal, såväl operativa avtal (såsom capex-investeringar, insatsvaror, tillverkning och distribution) som forsknins-avtal.
Pers arbete är främst inriktat på områdena life science och skogsindustri.
