Cirio legal advisor to Ring International Holding in its acquisition of the Burger King franchise business

Cirio has acted as local counsel advising Ring International Holding AG on Swedish legal issues in its acquisition of the Burger King franchise business in Scandinavia from Umoe Restaurants. The acquisition of the shares in the target group is subject to customary conditions and is expected to close by the end of 2020.
