Cirio advises Downing Hydro AB on the acquisition of two hydropower plants

Cirio has acted for Downing Hydro AB when acquiring two run-of-river hydropower plants with a total capacity of c. 8.5 GWh. Both sites are located in SE2. The acquisition takes Downing Hydro AB’s hydropower portfolio to 28 plants with a total capacity of 197 GWh. The total investment amount for the acquisition of the two plants is approximately GBP 5.1 million.

Cirio’s team consisted of Fredrik Morfeldt, Maria Hanbo, Zacharias Thyrén, Anna Hellström and Niklas Junker.
