Cirio advises Downing Hydro AB on the acquisition of three hydropower plants

Cirio has acted for Downing Hydro AB in an upcoming c. EUR 6 million acquisition of three hydropower plants located in SE3, with an average annual production of c. 7.5 GWh. The acquisition is subject to approval under the Swedish foreign direct investment screening regime and is expected to be completed in Q4 2024.

Cirio’s team consisted of Fredrik Morfeldt, Zacharias Thyrén, Anna Hellström and Johanna Elveland.
