Cirio advises Bagnall Energy on the acquisition of Gabrielsberget Syd Vind AB

Cirio has acted for Bagnall Energy when acquiring Gabrielsberget Syd Vind AB, which owns and operates the wind farm Gabrielsberget Syd, comprising of 20 wind energy convertors with a total capacity of 46 MW, in the Gabrielsberget wind farm cluster in the municipality of Nordmaling, Sweden. Gabrielsberget Syd Vind AB is also co-owner of Gabrielsberget Net AB, which connects the wind farm Gabrielsberget Syd to the regional grid.

Cirio’s team consisted of Fredrik Morfeldt, Elisabet Heimer, Ina Laurell, Zacharias Thyrén, Sofia Nygren, Carsten Hierl and Jonathan Jademyr Zazzi.
