Cirio advises XMReality in connection with its rights issue

Cirio Advokatbyrå AB advises XMReality AB (publ), listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market, in connection with its rights issue directed to the company’s existing shareholders.

An extraordinary general meeting will be held on 11 February 2020 to resolve on the rights issue. The share issue is fully secured through subscription and underwriting commitments.

A prospectus will be prepared in connection with the rights issue and is expected to be published on or around 18 February 2020.

XMReality AB (publ) develops and sells solutions that revolutionize knowledge sharing through augmented reality (AR). The company is a market leader in remote guidance, where AR can be used to guide on-site personnel to resolve or prevent problems. XMReality is listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
