Cirio advises Netmore Group on rights issue

Cirio advises Netmore Group AB in connection with a new share issue with preferential rights for the company’s existing shareholders. The rights issue was resolved by the board of directors on 9 November 2021, based on the authorisation by the AGM on 1 June 2021. Netmore Group has also prepared a prospectus in connection with the rights issue, which was approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and published on 16 November 2021.

Netmore Group is an IoT operator that connects properties, offers private and open 5G networks, and enables large-scale IoT through LoRaWAN. Netmore Group is listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market in Stockholm.

Cirio advised Netmore Group with a team headed by Annika Andersson, together with Jesper M. Johansson and Rebecka Tallberg (Capital Markets and Public M&A) and Louise Åberg (Capital Markets and Public M&A) and Richard Perez (M&A).
