Cirio legal advisor to Torslanda Property Investment AB (publ) in the acquisition of a property in Frösunda, Stockholm

Cirio acted for Torslanda Property Investment AB (publ) in the acquisition of the property Solna Kansliet 1 from Gelba Management AB for an underlying property value of MSEK 95. The property is located in Frösunda, Stockholm and the lettable area amounts to 2 200 sqm. Closing of the transaction is scheduled to 1 December 2020.
