Cirio legal advisor to BEWiSynbra Group in its acquisition of an insulation facility

Cirio has advised BEWiSynbra Group AB (publ), one of the leading integrated producers of expandable polystyrene (EPS) in Europe, in its acquisition of an XPS insulation facility in the Swedish city Norrköping.

The share purchase agreement was signed on 9 January 2020 and, subject to customary conditions, completion is expected to take place by the end of February 2020.
