Cirio legal advisor in the sale of building rights in Näsängen, Österåker

Cirio acted as legal advisor to Näsängen Utveckling AB in the divestment of potential building rights in Näsängen, Österåker, to a joint venture between Magnolia and Heimstaden, structured through a sale of shares in the company holding title to the property. The number of building rights which may be obtained is estimated to exceed 160,000 sqm gross area, of which the large majority will be developed for residential purposes. Closing of the transaction is subject to a zoning plan being adopted and gaining legal force.

Näsängen Utveckling AB is a joint venture between Landsorganisationen i Sverige, Peab, Tagehus and local property owners.
