Cirio advises Scandinavian Biogas in the acquisition of Ekdalens Biotransporter

Cirio has advised Scandinavian Biogas Fuels International AB (publ) in connection with its acquisition of Ekdalens Biotransporter AB.

Ekdalens Biotransporter AB is a market leader in the transport of organic material with a focus on substrate and bio-substrate to and from biogas facilities in southern Sweden. The purchase consideration consisted of a cash payment and a potential supplementary consideration. Part of the cash payment was set off against 444,444 new shares in Scandinavian Biogas issued in connection with closing.

Cirio advised Scandinavian Biogas with a team headed by Jörgen Möller (Head of Energy) together with Maria Arnoldsson, Jesper Johansson, Tim Johansson, Philip Tonkin, Jessica Grönberg, Alexandra Linusson, Richard Perez, Rebecka Tallberg and Nina Lannsjö.
