Cirio advises Pareto Securities AB on a private placement

Cirio advises Pareto Securities AB as Sole Manager and Bookrunner in connection with ADDvise Group AB’s (publ) directed new share issue to Swedish and international institutional investors through a private placement.

On 14 March 2022, the board of directors of ADDvise resolved on a directed issue authorised by the annual general meeting held on 23 April 2021. The company receives gross proceeds of approximately SEK 100 million through the share issue. The issue volume and the subscription price were determined by an accelerated book-building process carried out by Pareto.

Cirio advised Pareto with a team headed by Annika Andersson, together with Rebecka Tallberg and Julia Alander (Capital Markets and Public M&A).
