Cirio advises MaxFASTIGHETER on SEK 200 million bond issuance

Cirio acted as legal advisor to MaxFASTIGHETER i Sverige AB (publ) (“MaxFASTIGHETER”) in its SEK 200 million issuance of senior unsecured bonds under a maximum SEK 500 million bond loan 2019/2023. The proceeds from the bond loan will be used by MaxFASTIGHETER towards acquisitions, investments and for general corporate purposes of the group. MaxFASTIGHETER will apply to list the newly issued bonds at Nasdaq Stockholm within 60 days from the date of issuance.

Arctic Securities acted as sole bookrunner in the issuance.
