Cirio advises Green Landscaping in connection with its listing on Nasdaq Stockholm

Cirio acted as legal advisor to Green Landscaping Holding AB (publ) with its list change from Nasdaq First North to Nasdaq Stockholm’s main market. A prospectus was published on 12 April 2019 and the first day of trading on Nasdaq Stockholm is today, 16 April 2019.

Green Landscaping is a leading provider of services in the Swedish market for maintenance of outdoor environments. Operating in all parts of Sweden, Green Landscaping’s primary operations compromise a complete range of maintenance services, such as grounds maintenances, landscaping, sports grounds maintenance and arborist services. The group has approximately 1,230 employees and sales amount to approx. SEK 2 billion.

Cirio’s team was headed by Maria Arnoldsson (Capital Markets and Public M&A) together with primarily Tim Johansson (Capital Markets and Public M&A), Jessica Grönberg and Johanna Permatz (M&A) and Jesper Sala (IP/ICT).
