Cirio advises Curity in connection with GRO’s investment in the company

Cybersecurity firm Curity has announced that it has procured a significant investment from GRO, a Danish private equity fund, to accelerate its international expansion. Cirio represented Curity in the investment.

Curity is a leading provider of API-driven identity management delivering solutions to organizations across a wide range of industries, such as financial services, healthcare, software, and retail, seeking to secure access to digital services.

Cirio’s team consisted of partner Emma Dansbo assisted by Jessica Grönberg, Sofia Nygren och Edward Olsson.
