Cirio advises Artificial Solutions on a private placement

Cirio advises Artificial Solutions International AB in connection with a new share issue through a private placement.

On 6 May 2021, the board of directors resolved on a new share issue subject to approval by an extraordinary general meeting to be held on 24 May 2021. The issue volume and the subscription price were determined by an accelerated book-building process. The company receives a gross proceeds of SEK 120 million, subject to approval of the share issue by the extraordinary general meeting.
