Cirio acted as Swedish legal counsel to the sellers of Big Time Gaming to Evolution

Cirio has acted as Swedish legal counsel to the sellers of the Australian based Big Time Gaming Pty Ltd to Evolution Gaming Group AB (publ) for a total consideration of up to EUR 450 million, payable in cash and Evolution shares. The transaction is subject to relevant regulatory approvals and is expected to be completed during Q2 2021.

Cirio’s team was headed by Annika Andersson (Capital Markets and public M&A), together with Carl-Olof Bouveng (M&A) and Oscar Lunde (Capital Markets and Public M&A).
