Cirio has advised Monterro on the acquisition of Planacy

Monterro, the Nordics’ leading B2B software investor, has acquired a majority stake in the Swedish company Planacy, a SaaS platform for data-driven financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and follow-up. The platform is currently used by several hundred customers in multiple countries.

Cirio’s team was led by Anders Moberg, Johanna Berggren Permatz, Axel Siesjö, and others.
