Cirio advises SaveLend Group in connection with its acquisition of P2P business

Cirio has advised SaveLend Group AB (publ) (“SaveLend”) and its subsidiary SBL Finans AB (publ) on its acquisition of the P2P lending business of Lunar Bank A/S. The acquisition, which is conditional upon approval by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet), is expected to be finalized during the summer. The entire purchase price is dependent on the future income of the acquired assets, where the seller and the purchaser have agreed to a 50/50 split, during 2023-2027, of all income from active investments taken over.
