Cirio advises Mynt in connection with its financing round

Cirio has advised Mynt AB in connection with its SEK 150 million financing round, led by the growth fund CNI Nordic. Mynt will use the funds to expand its smart corporate card, which allows every employee to receive their own company credit card with a spending limit, free of charge. All employee purchases are then automatically submitted to the company’s accounting system, helping users minimize the time spent on administration.

The transaction was led by Cirio’s Head of M&A, Anders Moberg.
