Cirio advises SEB Venture Capital in the investment of LYSA

Cirio has advised SEB Venture Capital in connection with its investment in the robo-advisor Lysa.
Lysa’s investment round of SEK 350 million, valuing the company at SEK 2 billion, was led by existing shareholder and financial profile Nicklas Storåkers, together with SEB as an external investor.

Cirio’s team consisted of Anders Moberg (M&A, Lead partner), Sara Hovstadius (IT, project manager), Oskar Torstensson (Financial regulatory matters), and Zacharias Thyrén (M&A).
