Cirio legal advisor to Attendo in a relational contract based IT-outsourcing to Visolit

Cirio has advised health care company Attendo in its outsourcing of critical IT-operation functions to Visolit, a leading provider of intelligent cloud services, security and infrastructure to small and medium enterprises in the Nordic region.

The agreement term is 5 years and starts in October 2019. The agreement is based on a relational contract, which enables a flexible and innovative business relationship and includes a shared vision, strategic objectives, clear division of responsibility and strong governance. The parties’ goal is to increase mobility and security in a cloud-based environment.
