Cirio advises Iberdrola on Swedish offshore wind partnership

Cirio law firm has together with Clifford Chance advised Iberdrola on its partnership with Svea Vind Offshore, which will enable Iberdrola to take a majority stake in up to 9GW of offshore wind projects in Sweden. The offshore wind projects are in various stages of development and are expected to begin operations from 2029 onwards.

The Cirio law firm team included partners Jörgen Möller and Jesper Johansson alongside associates Fredrik Morfeldt, Maria Hanbo, Anton Zetterberg, Joakim Blecher and Philip Tonkin.
