Cirio legal advisor to Bantorget Hyresbostäder AB in the development of rental apartments in a joint venture with Gunnar Nordfeldt ́s AB.

Cirio acted for Bantorget Hyresbostäder AB in its joint venture with Gunnar Nordfeldt ́s AB to develop 85 rental apartments in Malmö. Title to the project is held by the JV company Nordlo AB, owned by Bantorget and Nordfeldt on a 50/50 basis.

Cirio´s team consisted of Johan Hessius, Joel Sandin Persson and Joakim Blecher.
