Cirio advises Pareto Securities AB on a private placement as Sole Manager and Bookrunner

Cirio advises Pareto Securities AB as Sole Manager and Bookrunner in connection with W5 Solution’s (publ) directed new share issue to Swedish and international institutional and other qualified investors through a private placement.

On 30 June 2022, the board of directors of W5 Solutions resolved on a directed issue authorised by the annual general meeting held on 8 June 2022. The company receives gross proceeds of approximately SEK 65 million through the share issue. The issue volume and the subscription price were determined by an accelerated book-building process carried out by Pareto.

Cirio advised Pareto with a team headed by Annika Andersson, together with Rebecka Tallberg and Julia Alander (Capital Markets and Public M&A).
