Cirio legal advisor when bp enters into Vested partnership with JLL

Cirio has acted as advisor in setting up this exciting Vested partnership between bp and Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) with JLL providing real estate portfolio management and workplace services for bp globally.

Cirio is a Center of Excellence for the Vested model and its team consisted of David Frydlinger, Jesper Sala and Sara Hovstadius. Cirio has conducted the assignment in cooperation with EY Outsourcing Advisory and Incendium consultancy.

A Vested partnership is a highly collaborative, win-win relationship in which both parties are equally committed to each other’s success leading to improved service, reduced costs and creating value for both parties that didn’t exist before.
