Cirio legal advisor to Sagax in the divestment of properties to OBOS

Cirio has advised AB Sagax in the divestment of two properties to OBOS Sverige AB. The properties are located in Vetlanda and Sävsjö, and i.a. contains the production facilities of the house manufacturer Myresjöhus (a subsidiary within the OBOS group). The lettable area is 72 350 sqm and the underlying property value is SEK 173 million.
