Cirio legal advisor to MaxFastigheter in its SEK 100 million tap issue

Cirio acted as legal advisor to MaxFastigheter in its SEK 100 million tap issuance of senior unsecured bonds under the company’s existing maximum SEK 500 million bond loan 2017/2020. The bonds were issued at 99.50 per cent. of the nominal amount and following this issuance, MaxFastigheter has issued bonds in a total amount of SEK 300 million. The proceeds will be used by MaxFastigheter towards acquisitions, investments and for general corporate purposes of the group. MaxFastigheter’s existing bonds are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm and the company will apply to list the newly issued bonds at Nasdaq Stockholm within 60 days from the date of issuance.

Arctic Securities acted as sole bookrunner in the issuance.
