Cirio legal advisor to Humlegården Fastigheter in connection with its first green bank loan

Cirio has been legal advisor to Humlegården Fastigheter in connection with the company’s first green bank loan. Humlegården Fastigheter has entered into an approximately SEK 1.9 bn green term loan facility with Swedbank.

The transaction is a major step towards achieving Humlegårdens goal of having 100% green financing. Through green financing both real estate owners and the financial markets can make a difference for the environment.
