Cirio legal advisor on the divestment of Britt Sweden AB to Iver

Cirio acted as legal advisor to the sellers on their divestment of Britt Sweden AB and its subsidiaries. The transaction is subject to approval by the Swedish Competition Authority.

Britt provides a wide range of IT services, including operational and cloud services, workplace services, system development, communications, and security for both private companies and the public sector.
