Cirio has advised ENERCON in the sale of the Stor-Skälsjön wind project

Cirio’s energy team has advised ENERCON in the sale of the Stor-Skälsjön wind project to a joint venture between Eolus and Norsk Hydro. The Stor-Skälsjön project is a ready-to-be-built wind farm in Sundsvall and Timrå municipalities within the SE2 price area in Sweden, totalling up to 260 MW. The consideration amounted to EUR 17 million, plus reimbursement for ENERCON’s development costs.

Cirio’s team consisted of partner Jörgen Möller together with associates Fredrik Morfeldt, Joakim Blecher and Anja Nousiainen Hult.
