Cirio advises Sold Out and its shareholders in connection with the divestment of Sold Out to Toadman Interactive

On 26 November 2019 it was announced that Toadman Interactive, listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market, enters into an agreement to acquire Sold Out Sales & Marketing Limited (“Sold Out”), a leading video game publisher and distributer located in London, UK.

Cirio was together with Harbottle & Lewis LLP legal advisors to Sold Out and its shareholders. Cirio’s team consisted of Carl-Olof Bouveng and Tove Bergman Olsson (M&A) together with Maria Arnoldsson and Anton Knifström (Capital Markets and Public M&A).
